(Asst.Prof.Dr.Somdech Rungsrisawat, one of the founders of Communication Arts in Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University more than 30 years, graduated BA, MA Communication arts from Thammasat University and PhD Communication from University of Westminster, London UK. He got the Government Scholarship.)
